From the times of the first postwar period and through three generations up to the present day, our company has strongly been always characterized by a domestic imprint.
For this, thanks to the constant presence in firm, to the direct relationship with the employees, and to a great spirit of sacrifice, our compass has maintained during the time its nature of predominantly handicraft product.
Our compasses come, still today, “crossed again” to hand one to one, from the mastery of that rare holders of a work by now in the way of extinction.
On the other hand however, the flexibility and the ability of adaptation proper of an artisan company to management of the family, has allowed us more and more to face the rapid technological evolution and to the demanding applications of market of the modern times, as well as to the various crises of the sector that happened in the years, the last in order of importance the advent of the personal computer and of theirs more and more sophisticated softwares.
Thanks to a constant innovation of our productive trials, and to the continuous search of new materials the Botti Brothers srl is able to offer today a tool of precision technically advanced, with forms and design more and more modern.
Through new commercial strategies and thanks also to the introduction of the marketing of new complementary products to the compass, today the Botti Brothers srl is able to satisfy the applications of the demanding European market of the Great Organized Distribution more and more, both for the scholastic sector and for that more purely technical and of precision.
Placed in Palosco, that, as it is by now well-known, is the European capital of the compass, our firm develops on a general area of around 2000 mqs with two operational structures, one more purely productive and a logistics and commercial one of recent acquisition.
The machineries employed in the productive trial are automated today with the aid of plc, an association among electronics and mechanics that it allows us to effect the most difficult and drafts workmanships that a technical tool as the compass requires.
Our shop today is able to produce up to 5000 pieces a day, and for the consequential extraordinary approvigionamentis from the seasonality of the sector it uses at times us some collaboration of local artisan workers; a trial therefore that it begins and it ends to Palosco and that it allows us to be able to label all of our products with the “made in Italy”, synonymous of guarantee and of quality that countersigns us from more than fifty years.
